The following terms and conditions apply to the premium SMS services that we offer. To choose the correct set of terms, see the definitions below:

SMS Chat - a chat service where you send a message and receive a message in return.

SMS Chat Subscription - a chat service where you send a message and receive a message in return, and also receive messages each day with chat profiles or pictures.

SMS Content Subscription - a service where you request content such as pictures or Ringtones by sending a message into the service, then receive regular daily or weekly content.

BY SENDING AN SMS TO THIS PREMIUM RATE SERVICE, YOU HEREBY ACCEPT AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Chat services are provided for entertainment purposes only. Premium SMS Gateway (ISP) and Azspa (content provider) do not guarantee any outcome from using a chat service.

Chat customers are charged on both the sending and receipt of messages from premium shortcodes. Check the advertising for charges before sending a message into the premium service. Any content delivered as an adjunct to a chat service may be chargeable by your mobile carrier. You assume all responsibility for these charges. Content may include pictures, Ringtones, movies or other media content.

Any content delivered is provided as is. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their handset is set up to receive content via WAP link, and compatible to receive these messages.

Customers who send a message to a premium chat service agree that their mobile number may be used for marketing purposes in accordance with legal and industry guidelines.

To cancel a chat service or marketing, customers must send the word “STOP” to the number they are receiving messages from.

To cancel a chat service or marketing message by email, send the word “STOP” and the mobile number to stop@premiumsmsgateway.com or call 1300 660 855. Email and telephone requests will be processed within 1 business day of receipt.
